Join the Latch Team

At Latch, we support families through every kind of infant feeding journey — with compassion, skill, and personalized care.

Now, we're looking to grow our

small but mighty team.

If you're an experienced IBCLC or someone on the path to becoming one, we invite you to apply.

But before you do — we want you to know exactly what this role is (and what it isn’t).

What We’re Hiring For

IBCLC (Preferred)

This position is for someone who is already certified and ready to begin client-facing work with the support of a collaborative team.
  • Initial onboarding: 4 days/week for 1 month

  • Ongoing schedule: Minimum 2-3 days/week

  • 90-day probationary period with ongoing mentorship and feedback

  • Client consults, documentation, education, and collaboration

  • Must be available for in-person work in the Savannah area

IBCLC Trainee
(2-Year Training Track)

Not certified yet — but serious about becoming an IBCLC? This might be for you.

We offer a structured, immersive training experience where you'll gain hands-on learning in exchange for contributing to the business in real, meaningful ways (think: scribing, communication support, class help, and admin tasks).

Rather than paying out-of-pocket for high-quality mentorship, you’ll earn your hours by working closely with our lead IBCLC and supporting families + the business in a variety of ways.

  • Minimum 3 days/week commitment (some days may be half days, while others will require a full day)

  • Two-year agreement required

  • Must be highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable with accountability

Note: This is not an unpaid internship. You will receive training, mentorship, and real clinical experience — and in return, you’ll support the infrastructure that makes it possible.

This Is a

Part-Time Role
(For Now)

We want to be clear:

this is not a full-time position.

We are looking for someone who can commit to a consistent part-time schedule — with the possibility of growth in the future.

Who This Is For:

A certified IBCLC ready to support families, or a future IBCLC hungry to learn

Someone with a strong work ethic, professional boundaries, and integrity

A compassionate communicator who thrives in emotionally complex work

Someone open to feedback and personal growth

Who This Is NOT For:

Someone casually interested in lactation without clear goals

Those looking for flexibility without structure or accountability

Anyone uncomfortable with documentation, client communication, or teamwork

Someone looking for a side hustle — this is a profession
